Bad Place to take your car to get fixed or have parts installed they took much longer than what they said would take had my car for 2 and half months pushing back the time constantly and didn’t even fully install my new part correctly when giving it back to me

I absolutely positively recommend One Concept Automotive for any painting needs. My Jeep Patriot has a custom purple Tuxedo paint job and I am incredibly thrilled with it! It looks gorgeous with fine detail and immaculate precision. David worked with me and advised on this form of design as I could not afford the full body. I believe it looks even better. The communication between us was great. He provided pics along the way and kept me updated, as well as offered options on the striping. Working with this company was a dream. I was very nervous at first, as I had never had a car custom painted, but in the first minute of meeting all my anxiety was gone. My son was so taken with the company that he is going to have them paint detail striping on his Jeep Wrangler. David was up front with the cost, and the price did not change. He also added painting very small blemishes in the body - so they wouldn't rust - for free. They even detailed my car before I picked it up. I simply cannot say how much I appreciate the care and artistry that was taken with my car. If you have the need, call One Concept Automotive first! In my opinion, there is no second.

Great service! David and his team were very professional. David went above and beyond and was very transparent with his prices. One Concept Automotive was timely with their service and communication. Full car detail too. I will be returning if I ever need body work done! Hopefully not though. But you are in good hands with this company!

I found David after two different friends recommended him on a facebook post. My 2011 Prius was damaged when a new driver failed to understand the yellow yield left turn on Sept 29. My first call said they could get me in Dec 22! After several calls and looking at reviews I settled on a shop near me and booked them for Nov 1. Insurance for the boy was AAA. Every time I called the agent was out of town. It took them a month to admit liability! Then when I finally got it in, they totaled it! They didn’t want to give me what it cost to replace it. At this point I asked friends on facebook and was referred to David. He fixed my car to where it looked NEW! He saved me money. I have a car that has a damaged title but it’s better than what I would have been able to afford and I got a little extra money from the insurance payment to save for another car in the future! I was also able to get extra money from AAA for loss of use. Be sure to take advantage of that and definitely go see David! He uses a detailer that also made the inside as good as new!! I’m beyond thrilled with the quality, price, professionalism of the staff! They even called the rental agency so I could return my rental!
